At PuzzleTrails we strive to ensure that you have a brilliant, fun experience, so hope that you will not need to resort to this policy.

Our standard Refund Policy is below: (as per our Terms & Conditions).

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of an order is only possible up to the point of payment. 
- Once payment has been made PuzzleTrails cannot not offer refunds for any Trails once the Trail is available for download
- As trail routes are subject to natural change over time and require constant maintenance, we can only guarantee their accuracy for a 12 week period beyond purchase. However, if we update a trail during this time, you will be supplied with an updated trail free of charge.  

Regardless of the above, if you feel there are extenuating circumstances, that genuinely warrant a refund, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will happily listen to your situation.
